How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Cuppastore Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Cuppastore Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, do this first: raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Please note that Cuppastore Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@cuppastore.store and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You File
First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
