Know who you are talking to before you call

How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

You talk to two kinds of people. First, a Cuppastore Tree Service contact who takes your details and routes your request. Second, an independent tree provider in the network. The provider is the one who visits, quotes and does the work. Providers are separate local businesses, not part of Cuppastore Tree Service.

What Happens on the Call

1. Say where the tree is and what it looks like. 2. Mention anything at risk, such as a roof, fence, power line or driveway. 3. Share your timing. Some jobs are urgent. Others can wait. 4. Get connected with a provider who serves your area.

Request a callback to check provider availability. Start times differ by provider, and none are promised here.

What to Ask a Provider

Write these down before you talk:

  • Is the quote written, and what does it include?
  • Does the price cover cleanup and hauling?
  • Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
  • Can you show proof of insurance?
  • Will the tree come down whole or in sections?
  • How will you protect my lawn, roof and fence?
  • What is the earliest visit, and what could change it?

Typical U.S. tree removal prices vary a lot by size, access and risk. Get a written quote so you can compare.

You Are in Control

A referral is not a contract. You can ask questions, compare quotes and say no. Cuppastore Tree Service does not pressure you to book. If a provider's answers do not feel clear, you can pause and ask another one. Take the time you need to feel sure.

Then, the Upkeep

Before the provider leaves, ask what to watch for. Good questions: which nearby trees look weak, when to trim, and how to care for the spot where the stump was.
